Delivered critical components of debit card migration project (10-figure contract penalties, multi-vendor integration). Owned file integration as technical SME, coordinating with external vendors and internal teams. Built custom COBOL parser to reverse-engineer vendor file formats.

Acted as team lead across three periods (19 weeks total, 2023-2025) during manager absences, including post-migration support during peak user activity. Managed 3rd-level support, stakeholder communication, and technical prioritization under daily C-suite oversight.

Scaled core banking systems through 100x user growth post-acquisition (35K→3.5M+ accounts). Iteratively optimized AWS Lambda-based data ingest pipelines through file partitioning, parallel execution, and performance tuning. Collaborated with partner team on migration from SNS to Kafka for async processing at scale.

Built automated test data generation tool (C#/PowerShell) independently to address testing bottlenecks. Tool was adopted team-wide and became foundation for integration testing.

Earlier: Shipped account verification automation, multi-custodian integrations, and customer-facing features in Vue.js. Provisioned microservices, databases, and serverless infrastructure on AWS with CI/CD automation.
